Dutch Flowers specialise in grass and rare, high grade, hash. They also sell weed cigars. Recently refurbished with novel sloping shelves behind the bar. Alcohol is available and there is a nice view out of the window. Dutch Flowers is one of three highly-rated coffeeshops around the Spui area. The other two are: Dampkring and Tweede Kamer.
